The rules for using Tomorrow Ticket, in plain language.
1. What you're paying for
$1 buys one ticket: a short piece of text, a category, a target year, and a confidence level, published on the Tomorrow Ticket board with a unique ID. Payment is for publishing the prediction, not for any promise that the prediction will come true.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You keep ownership of the words you submit. By publishing a prediction you grant Tomorrow Ticket a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reference it — including on individual prediction pages, the ticket board and search pages, year pages, share images, and any future statistics or reports. You are responsible for what you submit. You confirm it is your own opinion, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it follows these terms. You agree to cover Tomorrow Ticket against claims arising from a prediction you submitted.
3. Prohibited content
Predictions may not contain illegal content, threats, incitement to violence, harassment, targeted attacks on individuals or groups, hate speech, statements of fact presented as true about a named private person, defamatory claims about anyone, personal information about others, spam, explicit sexual content, links, contact details, malicious content, or impersonation. Submissions are screened automatically before payment, and we may reject them.
4. Political predictions
Political predictions are allowed as a category, but Tomorrow Ticket is not a platform for targeted political persuasion, election misinformation, incitement, or harassment. Predictions should stay short and general rather than targeting specific individuals or groups.
5. Predictions are user opinions
Predictions are the opinions of the people who submit them, not of Tomorrow Ticket. We do not review predictions before they are published, we do not endorse them, and we do not verify them. Agree/disagree counts reflect visitor opinion, not verified outcomes.
6. Reporting and removal
Every public prediction has a "Report this prediction" button. You can also email legal@tomorrowticket.com. We review reports and may hide or remove any prediction, at any time and at our discretion, including predictions that break these terms or that we are legally asked to remove. In serious cases we may decline future submissions.
7. Refunds
Because a prediction is published immediately after payment, purchases are generally final. A prediction that is removed for breaking these terms is not refunded. Contact us if something went wrong with your payment.
8. No resolution guarantee
Tomorrow Ticket does not automatically judge whether predictions come true. Most predictions remain "awaiting resolution" until a dedicated resolution process exists.
9. Not advice
Nothing on Tomorrow Ticket is financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Predictions are opinions submitted by the public.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tomorrow Ticket is not responsible for the content of predictions submitted by users or for any loss arising from relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as Tomorrow Ticket grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
